Actually the use of proper narrative-tied dungeons was one of the very few things that I liked better about the original Xenoblade Chronicles vs. X. I really missed them in the newer game, so it's exciting to get confirmation on what I've read about FFXV's use of them.
As for the banter . . . well . . . it is endearing, but I find myself wishing that there was "banter frequency" slider at times. lol
