This time don't go back. When I deleted my Facebook account I had about a fortnight of feeling like I was missing out on something. It was 2 years ago and I never think about it any more except to ponder how much time I have saved myself. I've never been a twitter user and I have no intention of signing up. I posted a comment on a national newspaper's website the other day and the responses I got to my completely inoffensive post reminded me it's very difficult to share an opinion online without some one immediately wanting to argue with you or extrapolating judgements about your personality based on one thing you said. It's pointless. No one wins, everyone shouts and most people say things they'd never say in person. I'm very happy not being party of the conversation.

No, but I understand why you are doing this; if you are already anxious, social media is pure masochism.

I created a twitter account a year ago and deleted it two weeks later. That place is dreadful, and I ended "hating" even those I followed.
