Yup. That's pretty much how I feel too. Particularly about FFXII HD; I don't know Dragon Quest at all, to be honest, but would certainly welcome the chance to get to know it on modern hardware.

It's cool currently to bag on crowdfunding because that was the cool thing a few years ago, but I don't care. I want those properties in my hands however they get there. And frankly I'm more comfortable having an artistic property that I love to be answerable to it's fans more than it's investors.
