My wife hate seafood though, so I practically never get to eat it anymore, as it makes no sense to cook it at home, and we never go to restaurants that do it justice. I am excited though, because Friday I'm going to a pub that offers a platter that includes smoked Salmon . . . although it's hardly "syn" free as the plate also includes smoked duck bacon and a selection of cheeses.
Some seasoned fish over rice sounds like a lovely lunch to me. 2 of my favorite things to eat.

There is some sort of means of making "fake Haribo" like this. Make a sugar-free jelly in a big flat tray, pour some Muller Light over the top (and I think you add some gelatine, too, to help it set) and then leave in the fridge. Then cut into squares and enjoy. Depending on ingredients, they're either free or something tiny like a quarter of a Syn each.

Make it in advance, put it into portion sized glasses, and you have 3 or 4 snacks ready for when you want something sweet. And pretty much zero calorie, too. For bonus sweetness, you could pour one of your yoghurts on top and have a sort of trifle…
