Oh, very well, since you've outed me. 😉 Yes, I enjoy the show. I'm part of the target market for the 80s original and was very pleased to discover that the new series was in fact rather charming and funny and not particularly childhood-destroying at all.

I suspect this has something to do with the brain behind the reboot being Lauren Faust, mastermind of the Powerpuff Girls (this explains the similarities in feel you noted between the two shows!)

…And, for the record, I am totally a Twilight Sparkle. 🙂
